An exciting opportunity has arisen to help develop and shape a new model of care for that breaks down current barriers to care, is non-restrictive, co-produced, culturally sensitive and accessible. The service currently runs 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for people residing in the catchment area offering open access to a range of psycho-social- medical Interventions at every stage of their wellness journey, this includes short term Hospitality stays for those in crisis, and community based offers that are embedded in the neighbourhood.
