As a MiCare Support Worker you:

<li>Undertake a range of delegated health care tasks as required such as prompt prescribed medication, supporting the application of prescribed creams, eye and ear drops, catheter care and prompting exercise as prescribed by the physiotherapist.</li>

As this is a community based role, it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and access to a car to enable you to travel around Rutland county.
Basic pay of £12.85 - £13.05 per hour, Saturdays at £19.28 - £19.59 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays at £25.70 - £26.11 per hour.&nbsp;

About the role
We’re looking for a Substance Misuse Worker with experience in mental health and substance use to join our Catford team. Based in a 24 hour residential service, you’ll support adults with severe and enduring mental health needs through rehabilitation and recovery focused support, using your specialist knowledge to help residents and the team overcome personal challenges.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:

<li>Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.</li>

About the Role
This is a hands-on, specialist role focused on supporting biodiversity conservation and habitat management across the council’s countryside estate. Working under the direction of the Countryside Officer (Operations), you will help deliver surveying, reporting and land management that underpin effective site management and Biodiversity Net Gain outcomes.
You will carry out wildlife and habitat surveys, maintain monitoring systems and produce reports that inform management plans and funding bids. Alongside this, you’ll deliver practical habitat management, including meadow management, grazing arrangements and wider estate tasks, working closely with colleagues, contractors and external partners.
The role combines fieldwork, data handling and coordination, with opportunities to shape how biodiversity projects are delivered across a diverse portfolio of sites. You’ll also support and supervise Estate Rangers and seasonal staff, contributing to a collaborative and skilled ranger service.

This includes fair pay and conditions, workplace well-being, skills and progression and diversity and recruitment.&nbsp; About the role:&nbsp; The HSB lead is responsible for coordinating services to children and young people who display sexually harmful behaviour, sexually inappropriate behaviour and/ or sexually offend.&nbsp; You will work closely with schools and other professionals to offer advice and support on practice issues relating to sexual behaviours and work alongside practitioners to carry out AIM3 assessments and interventions both statutory and non-statutory. This will include carrying out school and home visits in order to complete interventions.&nbsp; You will co-ordinate a borough wide training plan for AIM3 to include services such as; Schools, Foster carers, Social Workers, and Youth Justice and contribute to training to raise awareness in recognising and reporting sexually inappropriate and harmful sexual behaviour. You will ensure effective and appropriate monitoring of requests / referrals / activities in order to maintain Information Systems and to inform evaluation of activities and the broader work of the service. You will develop a borough wide Harmful Sexual Behaviour protocol outlining AIM's use and implementation and thresholds for appropriate assessment and interventions&nbsp; You will carry out the requirements of criminal justice legislation, safeguarding legislation and other legislation and statutory guidance.
