This varied role includes supporting wider aspects of administration work, which will include ensuring learners receive correct information/advice, raising/paying orders, supporting at enrolment sessions, maintaining spreadsheets, working flexibly to cover reception/other venues and any other duties expected of administration staff.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include accurately inputting and maintaining data, providing Management Information Systems (MIS) support to internal staff, enrolling learners onto relevant MIS platforms, and ensuring all learner and organisational records are maintained accurately and in compliance with internal procedures.
