The Opportunity

This post presents an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to lead a small team manage to administer the end to end process for developer contributions, including Section 106 agreements, Community Infrastructure Levy and Building Safety Levy. This is to ensure contributions are secured, monitored and delivered effectively to support sustainable growth in Charnwood.

This is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and talent and to make an immediate contribution to improving the quality of places in Charnwood and the lives of residents in our communities. We will offer you varied and plentiful experience in a busy planning office, liaising with a variety of stakeholders to effectively achieve Charnwood’s aims of supporting sustainable growth.
