<li>Strong understanding of the role of websites in digital marketing, web accessibility, and Search Engine Optimisation.</li>
<li>Experience using a Content Management System and presenting information clearly in plain English.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>

<h3>Desirable Skills and Experience:</h3>
<ul>
<li>A relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, User Experience, or a related field.</li>
<li>Analytical skills, including data collection and analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.</li>
<li>Experience with wireframe design and creating visual mock-ups for user journeys.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).</li>

As the Social Worker - Preparing for Adulthood, you will play a key role in working with young people from 14 to 25 as they transition into Adult Social Care. Key responsibilities:

<li>To work in accordance with the Care Act 2014 to assess, review or reassess complex needs of customers and their carers, offering advice and guidance and access to support services in line with their eligible needs, with an emphasis on health, safety and wellbeing for vulnerable individuals and those that care for them.</li>
<li>To adopt a strengths-based approach to the role and maintain a professional and respectful working relationship with individual customers and carers. Senior Social Worker/Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Wokingham Borough Council's Integrated Mental Health Service for an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)/ Senior Social Worker (non-Social Worker AMHPs also welcome to apply).
As a Senior Social Worker/Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) you will join a passionate and dynamic team, playing an integral role as, we collaborate with The Health Trust to transform our services and develop a dedicated social care pathway.
We are looking for a self-motivated and legally literate individual, who possesses the AMHP qualification. You will be required to work primarily as an AMHP within the service and provide support to junior colleagues.&nbsp;&nbsp;Those on the AMHP rota receive a generous AMHP allowance of £5355 - £7000 (depending on experience).
We are seeking a part-time 0.45 FTE AMHP but are flexible and open to considering how these 15 hours/week could be worked to support AMHP provision in the team. The role requires good formulation skills and the ability to carry out comprehensive risk assessments, and strengths-based interventions.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding, the MHA, MCA, CA and Human Rights legislation.&nbsp; They must also be a skilled communicator, have excellent organisational skills, and have good IT abilities. Additionally, evidence of continuous personal and professional development (CPD) is required. If you are an AMHP who has been out of practice, we may be able to support your re-approval and get you back up and running.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Candidate requirements:

Apprenticeship requirements: 
You must have been a UK, EEA, or EU resident for at least the past three years to undertake this training programme.
If you do not have a level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English, you will be required to work towards achieving these qualifications as part of your apprenticeship.

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Social Care Practitioner to join our dynamic Adult Social Care team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a Full-Time, 12-month fixed term contract.
As a Social Care Practitioner, you will work under the supervision of a registered practitioner to undertake direct work with individuals and their carers. You will use a strength-based approach to maximise individual’s abilities to live independently as possible and remain safe in their community.

Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>To work with customers and their carer’s using a strength-based approach to provide tailored advice information and signposting to help them remain as independent as possible and live safely in the community.</li>
<li>To identify and implement appropriate prevention plans that will avoid, reduce, or delay the need for formal long-term care.</li>
<li>To accept referrals for adult social care, complete assessments, create and implement support plans in line with legislation, statutory guidance, local policy and procedure and as necessary.</li>
<li>To identify and raise safeguarding concerns as required and contribute to development and implementation of protection plans which maintain the individual’s safety within the multi-agency safeguarding adults’ procedures.</li>
<li>To work in a person-centred way, ensuring that individual dignity is maintained, cultural and communication needs are addressed, and choices and aspirations are acknowledged. To provide or arrange advocacy as required ensuring that the voices of service users are heard, and application of positive risk-taking framework as required.</li>
</ul>
