<h4>Job summary</h4><p>We are looking for an <strong>AV/IT Sales Project Manager </strong>to join us and be part of a professional team to project manage the AV/Event IT production of events at the Centre.</p><p>Ideally you will have a background in Corporate live events; be experienced in the Technical &amp; AV set- up for a range of event types ensuring all events are compliant with current health and safety guidance and legislation; strong communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve client satisfaction whilst achieving our financial &amp; sales targets. You will need to have competent working knowledge of CAD and relevant Creative Cloud Software.</p><h4>Job description</h4><h4>Job Purpose</h4><p>The AV/IT Sales Project Manager will need to come from a corporate live events background with the relevant hands-on knowledge and experience of the technical and AV/IT set-up for a range of event types. Our officers and civil servants bring diverse experience and skills to the unique challenges of Defence policing. </p><p>We are offering a permanent opportunity for an AO where you will be an integral part of the Control Room, in this role you will be responsible for the Command, Control and Communications of the operation. </p><p> This position is advertised at 37 hours per week. </p><h4>Job description</h4><p>Control Room Operators are critical to the Ministry of Defence Police (MDP) operations at the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE). The role supports the 24/7-armed policing operation that safeguards the UK’s nuclear deterrent assets. </p><p> You will be required to act as a frontline call handler within the AWE Control Room, often the first point of contact for members of the AWE community and a trusted point of contact for police officers on the ground. Responsible for recording, monitoring and evaluating all emergency and non-emergency incidents and communications, monitoring security systems, and deploying resources, to ensure the safety and security of the AWE estate and its extended patrol areas. Working 37 hours per week (12hr shifts) including nights, weekends and Bank holidays where appropriate. </p><p>The Control Room provides an operational and informative service to MDP officers, the Defence community, external agencies and organisations such as Home Office Police Forces.
