<p>We are looking for a Repairs &amp; Maintenance Officer to join our small, dedicated, and friendly team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our service, coordinating day-to-day repairs and maintenance and acting as the central point of contact for our residents. You will work closely with surveyors and contractors to ensure inspections, cyclical compliance checks, and planned works are completed promptly and to a high standard.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who is organised, calm and solution focused, with strong administrative and IT skills and a reassuring, empathetic approach.&nbsp; A-level education (or equivalent experience) is required and experience in housing repairs and maintenance is an advantage.</p>

<h4>Job summary</h4><p>The SIA is the organisation responsible for the regulation of private security. It is an independent, arm’s length body (ALB) of the Home Office, reporting to the Home Secretary, under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act 2001. The SIA’s purpose Is protecting the public through effective regulation of the private security industry and working with partners to raise standards across the sector. Its regulatory remit covers the whole of the United Kingdom. </p><p>The SIA has two main duties: the compulsory licensing of individuals undertaking designated activities within the private security industry and the management of a voluntary Approved Contractor Scheme, which measures private security suppliers against independently assessed criteria. </p><p>SIA licensing covers security operatives who are in guarding, door supervision, close protection, cash and valuables in transit, and public space surveillance using CCTV, vehicle immobilisation (in Northern Ireland) and key holding. <h4>Job summary</h4>This is a Nationally based role<h4>Job description</h4><p>The Joint Extremism Unit (JEXU) is jointly run by HM Prisons and Probation Service (HMPPS) and the Home Office, Homeland Security Group (HSG) and is the strategic centre for all counter-terrorism work in HMPPS. It has oversight of delivery across the end-to-end offender management process, including probation. The unit drives closer working with strategic policy and law enforcement partners, with HMPPS retaining its responsibility for operational management decisions, and Home Office for counter-terrorism and counter-extremism policy across government.</p><p>The unit encompasses the entire policy making process, from strategy to operational delivery and consists of a mix of policy officials and operational staff across England and Wales. <h4>Job summary</h4><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Head of Accreditation &amp; Standards</strong> to join our <strong>People</strong> Function within the<strong> Corporate</strong> group.</p><p>This is a <strong>full-time </strong>opportunity, on a <strong>permanent </strong>basis.
