<h3>About you...</h3>
We are looking for an organised and motivated Groundsperson to join our small and caring team. In this role, you will appreciate the importance of compassion and sensitivity, helping us provide a respectful and comforting environment for those who are grieving.
&nbsp;
You will ideally have experience working within the grounds of a cemetery or crematorium and possess strong knowledge of rose care, pruning, planting, grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming, litter picking and the use and maintenance of ride-on mowers and other tools, machinery and equipment.
&nbsp;
As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring the cemetery and crematorium grounds are maintained to the highest standards, creating a peaceful and respectful environment for visitors. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, committed and brings excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.

About the Role
