Client Support Officer&nbsp; £35,520 - £36,585 per annum This position reports to the Project Manager - Voids. It has no line management responsibilities. The role will predominately be assisting the Project Manager&nbsp;to provide effective administrative and coordination support in the delivery of void property works, ensuring properties are turned around efficiently and in line with organisational lettable standards. The postholder will support surveyors, contractors, and managers by managing workflow, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure void properties are prepared for re-letting within agreed timescales. The post holder is also responsible for receiving and recording incoming correspondence relating to the work of the specific team and support the other Client Support officers within strategic voids management to ensure all correspondence both incoming and outgoing is managed to meet the various team’s needs and responded to within timescales. Shift Pattern:&nbsp;37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota which includes 3 to 4 night shifts a week between 20:00 - 08:30. There may be some flexibility required around these hours as per service requirements.
<h4>About the Role</h4>
We're looking for a Senior Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to support in leading the night shift within our Lewisham service. The service offers specialist intensive rehabilitation for people who require more enhanced interventions than that which is offered within community services. Our residents typically stay with us for up to nine months upon being discharged from acute wards, avoiding admission into inpatient rehabilitation. We provide residents with support to step down into less supported accommodation, becoming more independent and integrated into the community.&nbsp;
As a Senior within the team, you will be the main point of contact during the night shift across two residential properties, leading the team by example, providing specialist support and managing the environment to be psychologically informed to empower the team and residents to ensure safety, wellbeing, and progress towards resident recovery goals. You will hold a caseload, providing person centred, tailored support to residents directly to help them overcome their personal challenges, meeting their goals and confidence. The Night Team play a crucial role in continuing the high quality support provided during the day, ensuring a safe, respectful, and responsive environment for residents. You will be expected to remain awake, alert, accessible and actively engaged throughout the shift.&nbsp;
Some key responsibilities include:

<li>Providing tailored, person centred support that promotes recovery, rehabilitation and independence.</li>
<li>Helping residents build skills and confidence to move towards independent or supported living.</li>
<li>Monitoring residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and handovers to ensure effective communication between shifts.</li>

Produce reconciliation reports, identify anomalies, and recommend improvements.
