Applicants must be experienced in leasing, acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals.</p>\n<p>Experience in facilities management, development and project management is also desirable.</p>\n<p>Previous employment with a council would be an advantage. </p>\n<p>The job needs someone used to managing an internal team and professional consultants, who can give strategic direction on property matters and can confidently present to council leadership and councillors.</p>\n<p>This is a senior role and you will be expected to demonstrate and exemplify our <a href=\"https://www.tandridge.gov.uk/Portals/0/Documents/Your-council/Values-and-behaviours-2023.pdf?ver=kWUwYosuvbS7PfpMKW4qeQ%3d%3d\">values and behaviours</a>.</p>\n<p>You should be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and work well with other teams.
