Tenancy Sustainment Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Housing Services Team at Uttlesford District Council. This hybrid role offers a varied and rewarding working environment, combining time in the office, home visits with tenants, attendance at meetings, and the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will play a vital role in helping council tenants maintain successful and sustainable tenancies. Working closely with the Housing Management Team, you will provide practical support, guidance and advice to tenants who may be facing challenges that put them at risk of tenancy failure or homelessness.
A full current driving licence and access to a vehicle is required as travelling within the district will be necessary. An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
Salary range
- £31,537 - £34,434 per year
