The Active Lifestyle team are looking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team to deliver a variety of healthy lifestyle initiatives around physical activity, nutrition and behaviour change).&nbsp;
The Development Officer will be responsible for the delivery of a range of lifestyle services including Exercise Referral, Weight Management, NHS Health Checks, Falls Prevention, Children’s Healthy Lifestyle programmes and Fitness Suite cover linked to the priorities of Sefton Council (through Active Sefton.&nbsp; The post holder will also be responsible for leading on specific developments of the services.
The role involves contact with a wide range of individuals from health professionals to patients, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential elements for the post.

About the Role: 
An exciting and challenging opportunity has been created to join the Finance Service at Wirral Council. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join and support Treasury Management &amp; VAT team.
As a key member of the Accountancy team, your primary purpose will be to support the Senior Finance Business Partner to effectively manage the cashflow of the Council.
You will play a key role in the ensuring Council’s investment and debt portfolios are maintained in adherence to the risk minimising parameters within the Council’s Treasury Management Strategy.
Working with the Senior Finance Business Partner you will also help to ensure that the Council complies with all necessary VAT accounting and reporting requirements.

The Role
Knowsley Council are seeking an experienced Service Manager – CLA &amp; Care Leavers to join our Children’s Services team on a 12 month fixed term basis.

The Person
As Service Manager – CLA &amp; Care Leavers you will be an experienced and effective leader, with substantial experience of working with Children and Families within Children’s Social Care. You will be solution focused, with experience of driving forward change as well as the ability to use performance management and quality assurance information to support and develop staff.

You should have experience of working collaboratively with colleagues from other organisations, including social care, health, education, commissioned services and the voluntary sector as you will represent the team in multi-agency panels and task groups.You must have previous experience of working with children with disabilities and have excellent communication skills including the use of alternative communication systems such as PECS, Makaton, social stories etc. You must have experience of supporting young people with complex health needs, a learning disability, social communication difficulties and challenging behaviour.You will manage an individual caseload and as such be able to prioritise your own workload and meet challenging deadlines. Case recording must be clear, analytical and timely.
