<li>As Finance Manager you will be responsible for reporting, providing high-quality technical financial advice, guidance and support to senior management and for supporting the Finance team in all financial management</li>
<li>In the role of Finance Manager you will enable effective decision-making by ensuring financial resources are used efficiently, risks are managed effectively, and financial goals are achieved</li>
<li>As a Finance Manager you will be a member of a recognised professional accountancy body (CCAB/CIMA) or have suitable qualifying experience and be prepared to become a CCAB/CIMA qualified accountant &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>In the role of Finance Manager you will conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis and provide insightful financial advice and challenge to housing managers and service leads to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation</li>
<li>The role of Finance Manager will monitor and analyse financial performance, produce clear, concise and timely reporting to senior leadership and elected members</li>
<li>As a Finance Manager you will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams, influencing service design and delivery with sound financial analysis and providing financial expertise and guidance in relation to budgeting, financial planning, and performance management</li>
<li>As a Finance Manager you will support the development of robust financial strategies and business cases, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives</li>
<li>You will drive efficiency, innovation, and financial resilience across housing and homelessness services through data-led insight</li>
<li>The role of Finance Manager will Identify areas of financial risk and assist in developing mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant financial regulations, policies, and housing-specific statutory requirements</li>
<li>As a Finance Manager you will collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations, including budget monitoring, forecasting, and month-end processes</li>
<li>In the role of Finance Manager you will contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools</li>

<li>A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly created team within the wider Refugee and Migration Team (Our Liverpool).&nbsp;The role of NRPF Pathway Team Leader will be at the forefront of making sure Liverpool is a welcoming city for all our residents and the Council is a welcoming organisation</li>
<li>We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us on the transformation journey we are on, to lead the development and delivery of this new NRPF (No Recourse to Public Funds) pathway team. The team will work to support vulnerable persons to link them into the support they need / are entitled to, enabling them to live in safe cohesive communities; understand their rights and responsibilities; benefit from well-functioning services and have the opportunity to contribute their voice to shaping and delivering such services</li>
<li>As the Team Leader, you will bring to the role demonstrable experience of delivering with a trauma informed approach which meets the specific needs of people with NRPF.&nbsp;You will lead on the development and delivery of a high-quality service which identifies and assesses need, provides support where required and locates timely pathways to independent living</li>
