We do this by targeting key issues through project work and the delivery of high-quality training to our colleagues in Brent schools and settings. Working with senior EPs, our dynamic team of Assistant EPs have devised and delivered a highly regarded programme of in-service training, making full use of technology, to reach as wide an audience as possible. We are proud of the fact that over 100 ELSAs have now been trained and are present in 60% of Brent schools; our annual ELSA conference has become the most attended education conference in the LA. </p>\n<p>Our EBSA project created a Practice Framework for schools. Last year, the EPS set up and now leads on a multi-agency panel that makes decisions about support for children who are unable to attend school on mental health grounds. There is an ongoing programme of training for EBSA and other key topics, including Precision Teaching, ADHD in the Classroom and Literacy Support. There is dedicated EP support to our colleagues in the Brent Virtual School.</p>\n<p>We work in collaboration with colleagues in the wider Inclusion Service, where the EPS sits and has a leadership role. Across the service, there is a renewed commitment to develop our anti-racist and culturally sensitive practice.
