The role is based at the Charity’s premises in Reading and will involve working from in the evening, so the postholder is available to the staff team. As a member of the management team, they will also undertake a number of other tasks to ensure the Charity’s services run smoothly.</p>\n<p>The role is for 34 hours a week, with the following proposed working hours (there is scope for flexibility with the start times/days worked):</p>\n<p>Monday 1pm – midnight</p>\n<p>Tuesday 5pm – midnight</p>\n<p>Wednesday 3pm – midnight</p>\n<p>Thursday 1pm – midnight</p>\n<p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p>\n<p>At Elizabeth Fry Charity we are a small team, dedicated to supporting our residents to succeed.  The postholder will be a natural problem solver who is enthusiastic about the work of the Charity and committed to providing support to our residents in a trauma informed setting. Whilst a formal qualification is not essential, applicants should have experience of working in the criminal justice service and be able to demonstrate an understanding of risk assessment and management in an Approved Premises setting.
