 Support Officer to join our Housing Property Services team. In

 and technical support to our housing teams - including property
 services, engineering, repairs &amp; maintenance, and

About the role:
You'll be the first point of contact for
 internal and external customers, helping to progress housing
 planned programmes of work, essential cyclical programmes and
 work stream linked to statutory compliance obligation as a social

Your day-to-day work could vary from working with our team on a
 Zero Carbon strategy to our existing housing stock, to assisting

 program of works as well as our additional projects. We work with
 various departments within the wider housing property services
 team therefore you could find yourself liaising with other
 departments such as our Sheltered Housing team. 
 Role
 responsibilities:

<li>Maintaining and updating databases and
 documentation</li>
<li>Handling customer and contractor
 enquiries via phone and face-to-face</li>
<li>Raising purchase orders and processing

 communications to keep residents informed and resolving and

<li>Attending sites to conduct site
 inspections as and when required</li>

Works include
 carrying out administration to facilitate contracts and projects
 of a vast portfolio as well as the day-to-day administration
 requirements for the service.
You will be part
 of an operational team providing an efficient and effective
 service and good customer care, meeting the needs of both
 internal and external customers. You will update and maintain
 database records, produce documents and standard letters, process
 work tickets for the in-house Housing Repairs and Maintenance
 Service and generally provide technical administration support
 for all areas of the team.&nbsp;

 literacy and numeracy.</li>
<li>Ability to
 compose short letters with correct punctuation, spelling and
 grammar, whilst expressing accurate information.</li>
<li>Uploading of
 documentation to various systems as required for regulatory
 purposes and standards.</li>

 orders as required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of
 schedule of rates in the construction industry and their
 use.</li>
<li>Experience of
 large-scale data entry, and administrative work.</li>
<li>Happy

Swim Wirral Instructors
About the Role: 
Active Wirral is seeking suitability trained, Level 2 Swimming Instructors to become part of our lesson deliver team.
The role will involve front line swimming lesson delivery to a variety of leisure stakeholders to include Swim Wirral, Aqua Tots and Adult Learn to Swim customers.
There are a variety of hours available from 10 hours per week up to 17.5 hours per week, working at the following Active Wirral Leisure Centres, Europa Pools, West Kirby Concourse, The Oval &amp; Leasowe Leisure Centre.
Swim Wirral lessons are delivered over 42 weeks per year.
About the candidate:
This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful candidate will be professional, ambitious, accountable and resident focused delivering a high standard of customer service to leisure centres and users along with all other stakeholders.

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional management services to residents in Homes for Independent Living Schemes, while providing cover for other schemes and Scheme Support Officers as needed. Scheme Support Officers play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently, whether or not they have a care package, and in helping them maintain their tenancies.They promote resident’s wellbeing through regular welfare checks (daily or as agreed with the resident) and effectively collaborate with care management, community and nursing staff, the Medway helpline, GPs, and other organisations or stakeholders. Accountabilities and outcomes: To undertake tenant document reviews to ensure all relevant information is current and reviewed twice yearly (medical/health information, medication, GP, emergency contact details and information held by central control). Undertake routine checks and effectiveness of the call system, telecare devices, and fire alarms – and any other systems that are identified as contributing to the health, safety, and wellbeing of tenants. To undertake Fire, Health and Safety Risk Assessments and ensure all control measure are in place and applied, as to enable fire drills and evacuation procedures in accordance with the relevant risk assessments and procedures. Develop and maintain effective communication, engaging with residents to avoid social isolation and encourage them to participate in various activities. Proactively identify routine repairs and maintenance issues whilst carrying out daily checks at the schemes to promote a safe and healthy living conditions. To monitor the scheme cleaning, grounds maintenance and contractors carrying out their duties at the HFIL schemes. To ensure records are maintained to meet statutory requirements to support the efficient management and administration of the schemes and the welfare of residents and the provision of performance information. The Medway 16+ Care Leaver Service works to advise, support and befriend young people from the age of 16 who are in care and those young people who have left care (up to the age of 25) with a diverse range of complex needs to enable them to manage the transition into adulthood and independence.The Specialist Housing Advisor will support Personal Advisors and Care Leavers within the 16+ service, who require additional support to address their accommodation and independent living needs, with a focus on those at risk of homelessness and those ready to move onto independent accommodation.The role will require the post holder to provide assistance, advice, encouragement and support to Care Leavers to ensure they actively participate and contribute to their Housing Plans / Pathway Plans to enable them to move successfully into independent living. This role will focus on those Care Leavers at high risk of homelessness, due to inactivity, vulnerability or other factors. The Specialist Housing Advisor will be expected to keep up-to-date with government guidance and regulations in relation to accommodation, as well as all involved processes and resources, to facilitate the delivery of expert advice on all areas of in independent accommodation.
