It’s an ideal opportunity for someone just starting out in career using GIS.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in administering, developing, and maintaining the council’s web-based GIS systems.</li>\n<li>Help process SNN applications, liaising with applicants and external organisations such as Royal Mail.</li>\n<li>Provide support and advice to council staff regarding GIS and SNN services.</li>\n<li>Aid in managing geospatial data in the corporate GIS database.</li>\n<li>Provide administrative support for GIS and SNN projects.</li>\n<li>Maintain, analyse, and create maps and GIS datasets for the Planning Policy team.</li>\n<li>Assist in producing content for Planning Policy consultations and public engagement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation that values its staff and invests in their development.
