Caerphilly Council require an Electrical Design Engineer to work within the busy property services team to provide electrical design services in relation to multiple concurrent authority improvement schemes.Projects typically range in value from £1,000 to £350,000, and range in scope to include aspects of building services design such as Electrical, Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting, CCTV, Access control and other ancillary electrical systems. The role also includes the development and management of statutory maintenance contracts, including Fixed Wire Testing (EICR) as well as Fire &amp; Emergency Lighting to the existing property portfolio and new build schools.For the role, we ask that you have: <ul><li>A Level 4 or 5 qualification on the Credit and Qualification Framework for Wales.
