The Role
Due to the recent increase of English and Maths hours the Faculty of English, Mathematics and Skills are recruiting multiple exciting opportunities for qualified and experienced Lecturers in Mathematics. These roles will involve inspiring students from diverse backgrounds to develop their skills in order to provide progression to work and higher education opportunities.
About You
The successful candidate should have a degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics or a related area, with prior experience of teaching and assessment of GCSE and Functional Skills Mathematics qualifications. You should also be familiar with the new Education Inspection Framework.
You will have sound organisational skills, and your ability to work cooperatively and contribute positively and creatively to a team is also essential.
You will also possess a recognised Level 4 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or be willing to work towards a Level 5 teaching qualification upon appointment.&nbsp; Excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team and contribute positively and creatively are also essential in this role.

About the role
As the Senior digital insight analyst, you’ll lead on our digital analytics to ensure we have high quality, reliable insight that drives better user experience across all our digital products and improves our digital performance.
You’ll take ownership of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring our tracking and reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligned with our broader data strategy. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll embed robust tagging, maintain clear measurement standards and develop accessible dashboards that inform decision-making across the organisation.
A key part of your role will be turning data into actionable insight. You’ll analyse user journeys, identify friction points from ecommerce tracking, run A/B tests, and identify opportunities for growth, your work will help us connect more meaningfully with our audiences. You’ll help us make the most of our digital data, combining it with data from our CRM and other sources to generate joined-up, actionable insights.
Your work will support website optimisation, content decisions, product development and user experience improvements.

Senior digital insight analyst

We’re looking for two Heating and Billing Managers to join our Mechanical Services team and take operational responsibility for the delivery of heat network billing across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll manage billing and income collection services for approximately 250 heat networks, ensuring full cost recovery and compliance with Heat Trust standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver a first-class service to our customers while driving improvements and efficiencies. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating service charges, reserve funds, shared ownership rent, and ground rent, while ensuring that our residents receive top-notch customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues to produce accurate estimated and actual invoices, maintaining the service charge database, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will be instrumental in collating financial records for property service charges and managing accountancy functions related to billing and recharging. Additionally, you will issue Section 20B notices and provide supporting information for leaseholder inquiries, disputes, and legal challenges.
We are looking for candidates with extensive knowledge of leasehold management and financial processes, including preparation of annual property accounts and an understanding of S20 consultation processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite are essential. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
As part of our team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our Homeownership Services, prepare performance reports, and assist with budget monitoring. About the Role
As a Shop Front Services Officer, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable and authoritative presence on Hackney’s high streets, helping businesses thrive while ensuring our public spaces remain safe, inclusive and beautifully managed.
You will:
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the rollout of Hackney’s new A-board licensing scheme, inspections, compliance, business support and day-to-day management.</li>
<li>Support the launch and expansion of Business Parklets and enhanced outdoor trading areas.</li>
<li>Manage and enforce pavement licences, shop front trading, al fresco dining, and licensed premises activity.</li>
<li>Resolve issues on the street with confidence, fairness, and professionalism.</li>
<li>Carry out inspections, measurements and compliance checks across the borough</li>
<li>Work directly with hundreds of local businesses from cafés and restaurants to retailers and creative independents.</li>
<li>Support sustainability, accessibility and zero-waste initiatives through practical and consistent street management.</li>
<li>Play a key role in Hackney’s ambitious environmental and inclusive-economy goals.</li>
</ul>
You will work a rota pattern that includes weekends, evenings and late nights, ensuring Hackney is thriving when the borough is busiest.
The full-time officer will take a lead portfolio role in A-boards, Business and new public-realm activation schemes.

<li>Proven frontline or operational leadership experience, ideally in public services, markets, retail, events, hospitality, or enforcement&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong commercial awareness and confidence to grow income.</li>

<li>Ability to manage licensing, inspections, business&nbsp; engagement and on-site resolution</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing</li>

<li>Comfort with outdoor working, manual handling, and physical movement around the borough.&nbsp;</li>

Location:&nbsp;Bermondsey, Close to Surrey Quays station. (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Please note that this service has step free and lift access.&nbsp;
Salary:&nbsp;£30,400
Shift Pattern:&nbsp;37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements.
<h4>About the Role</h4>
We have an exciting opportunity for a Activities Coordinator to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP). You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will play a major part in reintegrating our residents back into the community by coordinating and delivering high quality activities and programmes which work to support individual needs, working in collaboration with the wider team. Some activities may vary but could include days out and visits, awareness days/weeks/months campaigns, cultural celebrations and other meaningful activities to encourage reintegration and enhance social skills and community engagement. &nbsp;No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful work in a supportive team environment.
Some Key Responsibilities include:

<li>Planning and coordinating individual and group activities and sessions.</li>
<li>Delivering programmes that support residents’ goals, personal development, and reintegration.</li>
<li>Developing and managing calendars of activities, events, and awareness campaigns to promote social skills, community engagement, and meaningful participation.</li>
<li>Collecting information about activities and resident feedback to see what works well and share this with the team to improve programmes and support resident wellbeing.</li>
<li>Running clinics, projects, and sessions, providing guidance, life skills support, and advice to residents as needed.</li>
<li>Building good relationships with partners and stakeholders, identifying new opportunities and creating an accessible partner resource catalogue.</li>
<li>Monitoring, evaluate, and report on activity effectiveness and outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Supporting staffs wellbeing, collaborate with the wider team, and work flexibly to ensure smooth service delivery.</li>
<li>Identify risks, safeguarding residents and take appropriate action. Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative tasks.</li>

<h4>About You</h4>
We are looking for someone who has a passion to support vulnerable people in making a change, supporting their rehabilitation and providing opportunities for them to make positive change to their lives, to reintegrate into society. You will have a general understanding of the criminal justice system, and/or have experience supporting people with multiple/complex needs. You will be able to plan and deliver a range of activities suited to individual needs and will be confident in understanding the needs of our residents to do this. We look for:

<li>Experience in coordinating and/or delivering activities and programmes with people from various backgrounds</li>
<li>Ability to provide advice, support and guidance to a team and residents on various areas</li>
<li>Ability to work creatively and encourage creativity in others</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Ability to form and build effective relationships and rapport with others</li>
<li>Proactive in making decisions to deal with challenges and providing a solution focused approach and using your initiative</li>
<li>Ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to show flexibility of working patterns, responding to the needs of the service and residents</li>
<li>Ability to promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, with an ability to liaise and work effectively in partnership with stakeholders</li>
