 This is a leadership role in our newly established Development Delivery team – leading on infrastructure planning with a team of two officers reporting to you. &nbsp;

 The team will take over the updates to the infrastructure delivery plan and establish a network of connections internally and with external infrastructure providers to more acutely understand their business plans and investment decisions; the team will also lead on the establishment of an updated CIL infrastructure list and work with colleagues in finance to start to establish a process for prioritising infrastructure (to inform part of our ongoing iterative local plan evidence base and a material planning consideration of infrastructure sufficiency). &nbsp;

 You will be able to support the progression and adoption of the local plan at any future examination in public as an expert witness on infrastructure planning; or equivalent settings.&nbsp;

 Building relationships with developers and infrastructure providers to facilitate and unlock sites may also become part of this team’s function as things evolve during the year and beyond.  Supporting development management with infrastructure sufficiency and prioritisation judgements will also follow.&nbsp;

 The Principal Aviation Officer role will report to this post and will remain committed to the monitoring of compliance with the airport’s extant planning permission and will support the (new) Senior Infrastructure Planner and team leader to assimilate to Newham’s approach to infrastructure.&nbsp;

About the Role
We are seeking a strong individual to bring excellent customer service and high standards to our car parking service. Working across the Borough and within a busy operations office, you will help keep our multi-storey and surface car parks running smoothly, providing excellent customer care under sometimes demanding situations and enforcing parking regulations in our car parks.
You will provide direct customer care from our Main Square car park office either by phone, intercom or face to face. Full training will be given on our ICT systems, payment systems and pay stations. You will also be expected to provide information on car park related matters to the public throughout your role.
About You
You will be self-confident, have excellent customer facing skills, be practical and presentable, have a current driving license to carry out mobile patrols and hold the relevant qualification (Civil Enforcement Officer Level 2) or be experienced in the knowledge of parking legislation, equipment and enforcement.

Team Leader - Fixed Term Role until March 2026 
We are recruiting for a Team Leader, to work within the Street Homelessness Accommodation Team, part of the Street Homelessness Service. The Street Homeless Accommodation Team provide housing related support services to former rough sleepers across three distinct supported housing projects – Housing First, Dispersed, and Shared Accommodation. 
You will be an experienced team leader and will combine your expertise and knowledge of move on, safeguarding, managing ASB, housing related support, welfare and homelessness policy and legislation. You will help to manage a team of highly skilled employees including Housing Support Workers and Welfare Advisors, who are responsible for providing proactive housing related support to residents with a history of street homelessness. 
You will ensure the service continues to delivers support of high quality to our residents to enable them to maintain their homes and move on into suitable long term accommodation. You must have strong communication and creative problem-solving skills together with the drive and passion to help vulnerable people to live independent and fulfilling lives. You must also be willing to work outside of office hours on occasion, be able to work independently and have good knowledge of welfare, housing and homelessness practice.

About the role
We’re set to launch a new organisational strategy in the autumn, and as part of this, we have ambitious plans to grow both our brand awareness and our income; to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer.&nbsp; We’re recruiting for a senior marketing and communications planning and measurement manager to join the charity’s newly created brand, marketing and communications directorate and play a critical role in achieving these strategic ambitions. This new role will be pivotal in supporting our ambitions to build brand awareness, drive income and engagement.
It's an exciting time to be joining this talented and ambitious team in this new role and to deliver a new way of working across marketing and communications; to manage the development, implementation and measurement of an integrated marketing and communications plan.&nbsp; It will take a centralised view across the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our marketing and communications reflect and deliver on our strategic ambitions and fully align with our brand persona the ‘determined leader.’&nbsp;
This role will be the principal contact for our media agencies to ensure all activity is strategically aligned, well-timed and has maximum impact.&nbsp; Within this, the role will have a focus on our digital marketing, ensuring we are maximising the value of our investment, horizon scanning and building digital marketing capability across the charity.&nbsp;
About you
This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires relevant experience and passion for planning integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications strategies.&nbsp;
The role provides a great opportunity to work with communications channel specialists and marketing stakeholders across the charity, to coordinate and align outputs to our integrated plan.&nbsp; You’ll also act as the key contact to our media agencies, ensuring briefing, optimisation, measurement and evaluation processes are robust.&nbsp;
To work truly cross organisationally, you’ll possess excellent interpersonal and consultative skills and be adept at building and managing positive working relationships with people at all levels.&nbsp; You’ll also have strong project management experience, to support the implementation of new planning processes.&nbsp; &nbsp;And you’ll be experienced in using audience data and insight to develop successful marketing and communications strategies, along with performance data to monitor and maximise impact.

As a Procurement Business Partner, you will work closely with Heads of Service supporting them in making decisions around commissioning, procurement, and contract management activities. You will be personable and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong and positive relationships internally with your stakeholders.&nbsp;
