Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>managing direct debit processes and rent control tasks</li><li>handling low-level rent arrears and processing refunds</li><li>supporting the Tenancy Management team including mutual exchanges, name changes, and tenancy queries</li><li>assisting with the voids and lettings process – from receiving keys to creating tenancy agreements</li><li>responding to housing enquiries and maintaining accurate records<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p>What we’re looking for:</p><ul><li>proven admin experience, ideally in housing or local government</li><li>excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p>Crawley is a great place to work, with a thriving business district and excellent transport connections including nearby Gatwick Airport.
