You’ll lead digital service improvement, transformation and cultural change projects across the entire Council and its partners, advising and supporting senior management on the Council’s digital strategic transformation initiatives. </p>\n<p><strong>The Person</strong></p>\n<p>You are an experienced programme lead with experience of leading and managing major digital transformation programmes in local authorities or other complex organisations.
