The Governors and Head Teacher are looking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Admin Assistant to join our school team. &nbsp;The main responsibilities of the role would be to assist in the provision of clerical support for the school, including answering the telephone, dealing with face-to-face enquiries, correspondence and school trip organisation.
Recent office experience is a pre-requisite and previous school office experience would be advantageous.
The role requires the ability to work as part of a team and to strict deadlines. Excellent inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and high levels of accuracy are integral to the role and the ability to multi-task is essential.&nbsp;
A professional and discreet approach when dealing with pupils, staff, governors, and visitors to the school is required.&nbsp;&nbsp;The successful applicant will need to be able to maintain a friendly, helpful, confidential and professional attitude when dealing with queries.&nbsp;Whilst previous experience of working in a school setting could be an advantage, this is not essential, as training will be given.

Marlfields Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced temporary Teaching Assistant to start in September 2025. The role will be temporary for 1-year, full-time grade 4 post with PPA cover paid at a relevant rate (at least 3.25 hrs per week.) term time plus insets.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting children to thrive in a nurturing, inclusive environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our committed team.
This is a dual-role position comprising:

30 hours per week (Grade 5) as a Teaching Assistant working partly within our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and also providing targeted support to a pupil with complex additional needs in Key Stage 1.</li>

7 hours per week (Grade 6) supervising our Breakfast Club, starting daily at 7:30am, ensuring a warm and structured start to the school day for pupils.</li>

About the Role:

<li>In EYFS, you will work closely with teachers to create a supportive learning environment, encouraging curiosity, independence and early development.</li>
<li>During the rest of the day, you will provide consistent one-to-one or small-group support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them to access learning and navigate the school day successfully.</li>
<li>You will also work in our Breakfast Club, offering a safe and welcoming environment and promoting positive routines before the start of lessons.</li>

We are looking for someone who:

<li>Has experience of working in a primary school setting, preferably with EYFS and/or SEND.</li>
<li>Demonstrates empathy, patience and adaptability when supporting children with additional needs.</li>
<li>Is able to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.</li>
<li>Is organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.</li>
<li>Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent).</li>
<li>Has paediatric first aid or is willing to undertake training</li>

About the role:
Horsham District Council is looking for a Health and Wellbeing Administrator to join our established Health and Wellbeing team to support the delivery of the Wellbeing Service across the Horsham District. The Wellbeing Service is part of a county-wide programme in West Sussex to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent ill-health within our local communities. The service provides information, advice and signposts local people to services for help and support.
As Health and Wellbeing Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact to the service welcoming people at our Wellbeing Hub reception in Horsham town centre and dealing with enquiries via telephone and email. You will be responsible for organising appointments, making and receiving referrals, updating the website and providing administration support to the Wellbeing Team and associated projects.
About you:
To succeed as a Health and Wellbeing Administrator, you’ll need to be a self-motivated professional with exceptional communication, IT, and organisational skills, coupled with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, demonstrating the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within a team environment.
You will be based in the Health and Wellbeing Hub in Swan Walk (Horsham Town Centre). Hybrid working is not applicable for this role.
