You will be responsible for your own complaints workflow and caseload from day one, and you'll need to hit the ground running. You need the skills and knowledge to conduct thorough, high quality and resident focussed investigations,  remaining resolution focussed throughout.</p>\n<p>We’re big on communication, so you’ll need to regularly keep residents updated throughout your investigation. This includes but is not limited to welfare checks, risk assessments, support sessions, safeguarding checks, training and development, and other responsibilities required for effective service delivery.</li>\n<li>Support in creating an enabling environment which helps empower residents/participants to have greater independence.</li>\n<li>Recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks.</li>\n<li>Administration duties will vary.
