As a Mental Health Recovery Facilitator, you will enjoy helping people to identify their strengths and inspirations. You will have the skills to encourage them to develop their own personal support network.
As a member of the Mental Health and Out of Hours team, you will provide short-term focused support to individuals experiencing mental ill-health. Drawing on your skills in relationship building, graded exposure, confidence building, anxiety management and motivational techniques to support individuals experiencing mental ill-health.
You will collaborate with clients and their carers to support their recovery and wellbeing.&nbsp; Assisting them to access and attend appointments around benefits, housing, education, volunteering, employment and social activities.&nbsp; You will support our clients to gain independence and help prevent episodes of mental ill-health that warrant secondary care or bed-based provision.

This service is a safe and supportive home for women who’ve experienced homelessness. We work with women with a range of supporting needs from complex and high level to more moderate or low level including help around mental health, substance use, domestic abuse and past offending.
This role is key to ensuring our services remain secure and responsive throughout the night. You’ll carry out regular safety checks, monitor access, respond to emergencies, and provide helpful handovers to the day team. You’ll also support residents with any queries, maintain clear records, and help keep the environment clean and safe. The role includes:

We’re looking for a warm, driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Lewisham team as Deputy Service Manager (DSM). This role offers an opportunity to support and grow a trauma-informed, inclusive service for people with mental health and complex needs. You’ll work within our Integrated Community Rehabilitation Service, supporting residents who’ve been discharged from acute mental health wards starting structured rehabilitation support for 9 months in the community. The service has two community rehab services which offer 24‑hour support ensuring compassionate, around‑the‑clock care. As a DSM, you’ll line manage around 8 staff per site and will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to collaborate with probation, job centres, mental health teams and other community partners.&nbsp;
We’re looking for someone compassionate and experienced in mental health and complex needs someone who brings empathy, tailored support and real dedication to help each resident thrive. The role includes:

You have successfully developed and embedded strong collaborative approaches, working closely with service users, staff, and the wider public through co-production, engagement, and co-design.Your expertise includes navigating political environments with sensitivity and professionalism, and you are skilled at building consensus and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders—including headteachers, NHS partners, senior council officers, and elected members.
