Job Title:&nbsp;Clinical Lead
Location:&nbsp;Based in our Central Office in Islington which is around a 10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station. You will also work across multiple services in and around London, Kent, Brighton, Luton and Bedford. Please be kindly aware there is no step free access at this location and some of our other sites.&nbsp;
Salary:&nbsp;Full time equivalent salary is £61,800
Shift Pattern:&nbsp;15 hours per week working 5 to 7.5 hour shifts Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00, set days and shifts can be discussed in the recruitment process with the hiring team. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service and organisational needs.&nbsp;
About the role
As a Clinical Led, you will be responsible for shaping, leading, and delivering our Clinical strategy. You will drive clinical excellence and innovation across our services by providing leadership, knowledge, and your skills to upskill and empower our wider teams. You will champion best practice, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure we are providing meaningful outcomes for our residents and participants.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Take lead on developing and implementing healthy and safe clinical strategies, policies, and procedures across the organisation.</li>
<li>Provide expert clinical oversight across all relevant services.</li>
<li>Lead on research initiatives to evidence the effectiveness of our clinical offer that will provide ongoing evaluations and reviews for SIG.</li>
<li>Manage ongoing clinical projects, research projects, and audits.</li>
<li>Provide hands on support to managers throughout resident and participant interactions with SIG.</li>
<li>Support teams with cases and medication issues, working alongside external clinical teams.</li>
<li>Complete and manage serious case reviews, in collaboration with various teams internally and externally to complete thorough evaluation and make recommendations.</li>
<li>Lead on risk management and risk assessments, in line with SIG’s theory of change, carry out strengths-based assessments of need and risk and deliver holistic support and risk management plans, enabling residents/participants to achieve their aspirations and keep themselves safe.</li>
</ul>
About you
We are looking for someone who can proactively take leadership and ownership of creating safer and compliant clinical services for our residents and participants. You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively, and able to upskill others to be empowered to perform within their roles, with knowledge of clinical excellence. You will have:
<ul>
<li>Registered Clinical Profession; Specialist Registered Mental Health Nurse, Non Medical Prescriber qualification or equivalent</li>
<li>Proven leadership in clinical service delivery within health, social care, or third sector settings</li>
<li>Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving service excellence</li>
<li>Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of risk management and able to share this with colleagues at all levels through training, meetings and one to one support</li>
<li>Ability to translate industry standards into internal practices, updating relevant people on any updates on a regular basis. Keep in line with regulations and relevant trends</li>
<li>Understanding of interplay between physical health, mental health, and substance use</li>
<li>Ability to understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise</li>

We’re looking for a team player with previous experience of working in a supporter or customer service setting. Together with the supporter journeys manager you’ll manage supporter journey projects, often multiple at the same time. To do so, it’s essential to have an understanding of good project management. Using all the data and insight available to you, you also be able to evaluate the performance of campaigns, products, tasks and activities we work on.
As you work with teams across the charity, you’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, as well as a collaborative approach to help nurture relationships with different teams. Any experience you have of using a database and any email marketing platforms is desirable; alongside any knowledge you have of current data protection and compliance regulations.
While we expect some level of knowledge about supporter engagement, it is equally important that you show a willingness to learn and develop your skillset, whether it be new digital solutions or how we use data and insight to evaluate performance.

This is a leadership role within the User Centred Design team, in the GLA’s Digital Experience Unit. You’ll lead the DEU’s Service Design team, setting the direction, guiding teams and championing the role of service design across the organisation, ensuring users can complete their goals and that our digital services support the delivery of GLA policy intent.&nbsp;
You’ll work with policy teams, stakeholders and other user centred design and digital colleagues to explore problems, test ideas and deliver better outcomes for users. This may involve the creation of, or changes to, internal and external processes, services, products and content across both digital and offline channels, within the GLA or GLA group.&nbsp;&nbsp;

We’re looking for three Senior Policy and Programme Officers (with potential for further roles) with experience and expertise in different aspects of green infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to help achieve the Mayor’s ambition to make London a leader in green infrastructure and urban rewilding, ensure that London remains more than half green and to ensure more Londoners benefit from having green space near where they live.
<h2>About the role</h2>
Reporting to a Principal Policy and Programme Officer, you’ll spearhead a portfolio of work to develop policy and evidence, and to deliver green infrastructure projects and programmes. Our team is multidisciplinary, reflecting the breadth of our remit which includes parks, urban greening, trees, biodiversity,&nbsp;and rewilding plus cross-cutting issues, such as data &amp; evidence, strategy &amp; planning, green finance and more.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a good knowledge of environment policy and a proven track record of working effectively with stakeholders. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences, preferably with some experience of doing this in a political environment, as well as strong project management skills. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a matrix way across thematic portfolios to align policies and outcomes and will be able to demonstrate how you can work effectively as a team player in a collaborative&nbsp;and fast paced environment. Brentwood Borough Council and Rochford District Council have formed an exciting strategic partnership, and the new Corporate Manager – Biodiversity &amp; Climate Change will support to both Councils.
<h3>About the role</h3>
Brentwood and Rochford Councils are committed to creating a sustainable future for our communities. We have created the new role as Climate &amp; Biodiversity Manager to reflect the importance of this agenda for the Councils and we are looking for a passionate and experienced person to lead our efforts in tackling climate change, supporting nature recovery and BNG and promoting environmental sustainability.
The role will work with a small team across both Councils to lead on the implementation of both Councils desire to be net zero by 2030 and to work with partners and stakeholders to be net zero across both areas by 2040.&nbsp;&nbsp;
<h3>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</h3>
<ul>
<li>Implement the projects and priorities as outlined in the Councils respective Climate/ Environment Strategies</li>
<li>Work with internal teams to achieve net zero by 2030 in Council operations and embed consideration of environmental sustainability in all our activities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with stakeholders including Essex County Council, residents and business to promote sustainable practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Seek and secure additional funding to support Council objectives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage the climate change team and participate in decision making at corporate level</li>
