The post-holder will lead the implementation of the new regulatory arrangements under RIIO-3, overseeing this transformational network investment programme while holding the electricity Transmission Owners (TOs) to account for their delivery against key performance targets. </p><p>A key part of the RIIO-3 price control for electricity transmission will be the effective management of all in-period funding mechanisms, overseeing the significant pipeline of investment expected during the 2026 to 2031 RIIO-3 period.
