The Role
We are seeking to recruit a reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to assist in the safe delivery of the high-profile services of Waste Collection.
A full current UK driving licence is essential, as the post holder will be required to:
<ul>
<li>Safely drive LGV’s and other Council vehicles. It is essential you hold an LGV Driving Licence Class C and have the skills required to manoeuvre large vehicles in restricted and difficult areas. Experience of rear steer vehicles would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Deliver the frontline service of waste and recycling collections.</li>
<li>Supervise a team of refuse collectors in the practical collection of waste and recyclables.</li>
</ul>
A current CPC card and the ability to undertake heavy manual work is essential. Previous experience in similar work is desirable.

The Spotlight Theatre are recruiting a Venue Technician with a sound bias. The Broxbourne Council venue, close to Hoddesdon High Street, has a host of first-class entertainment shows and events lined up with fun for all ages.
You will be responsible for the technical operation supporting The Spotlight’s busy events and entertainments programme.

You will ensure the smooth running of all technical aspects of productions (with a focus on sound), as well as support for a range of events including cinema, conferences and private functions. Duties involve rigging, setting up and operating sound/lighting and stage equipment according to the Venues busy programme.
This is a varied role including practical technical work and supervision of casual technicians. You will need to be great with people as well as having experience of large-scale technical work, including production experience.
You will have at least three years of experience working as a professional theatre technician in a multifunctional venue and have knowledge and experience of a broad range of technical theatre aspects such as sound, lighting, set building and stage management. You will have an in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety issues, good communication skills, and be a team player with the ability to work flexibly. Electrical installation and formal backstage technical qualifications are desirable.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.

The Role
We are seeking to recruit Refuse Collectors for our Waste and Recycling Team. We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to assist in the delivery of waste collection within a very high-profile service.

You will support the Service Manager in leading a service which provides a recovery focused service to adults with long term mental health challenges. You will do this through providing direct leadership and line management to the team so they feel empowered to perform within their roles.&nbsp;

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Support coach to join our team which focus on supporting residents with OPD (Offender Personality Disorder) and related cognitive or behavioural challenges, many of whom have experienced institutional care or social exclusion. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, acting as a mentor and lead for the team, providing advice and guidance, as well as providing specialist expertise to the team and residents.&nbsp;
You will further deliver one-to-one support with residents directly, developing personalised support plans, risk assessments, facilitating life skills sessions, and help individuals access services, resources, and opportunities within the community. Our support is tailored towards providing person centred support to empower our residents to achieve their personal goals and independent living. You will be instrumental in creating a safe, flexible, inclusive, and psychologically informed environment that promotes dignity, choice, and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities further Include:

<li>Delivering effective 1:1 and group-based support for residents/participants in line with support plans</li>
<li>Providing specialist advice and guidance to the team and residents</li>

About You
We're looking for someone who has knowledge and understanding of Offender Personality Disorder, able to share this with others and act as a mentor to resolving complex cases. You'll bring experience within a similar environment to the role, and have experience in supporting similar residents with areas of social care, supported housing, and community support. You will have a commitment to person-centred support and have an understanding of the importance of trauma-informed care, able to lead by example.
