<h1>Summary</h1>What you'll doNotting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal Disrepair team to manage and oversee all aspects of your own disrepair caseload from receipt of the initial letter of claim to legal settlement and completion of works.You will form an integral part of Notting Hill Genesis' legal resources by providing legal support to the operational teams and/or repairs teams on disrepair issues. You'll be a trusted and knowledgeable voice on legal matters in relation to disrepair matters to the wider business. Working closely with the wider operational teams including local officers, repair teams and tenancy sustainment and safeguarding teams, you'll ensure cases are handled sensitively, making recommendations and driving appropriate outcomes that safeguard the business whilst putting the resident at the centre of decisions.How you'll do itYou will be accountable for cases referred to you by the operational and/or repairs teams. You'll use your proven knowledge and judgement in collaboration with the operational teams to manage and mitigate risk for the organisation. You will be able to balance resident centricity against business risk in communicating advice and weighing up decisions. You will provide training, support and advice to operational teams and repairs teams on disrepair matters, empowering them to make day to day management decisions effectively. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, qualified social worker to join our very enthusiastic and dedicated kinship team on a fixed term contract basis. The main duties of the team is to undertake Viability Assessments, Special Guardianship/Kinship Assessments and Support Plans to court. The role will also require ongoing support of special guardians/kinship carers pre and post final order as well as present prospective kinship foster carers and the assessment to a permanency panel. This will include supporting children and families through transitions and providing post special guardianship order support.
This vital work enables children to remain safely in the family network free from significant harm to sustain their family and friends links and relationships. The service is committed to ‘child first’ principles, an approach for which collaboration with children, families and multi-agency partners is at the heart of everything we do.&nbsp;This is an exciting time for Kinship Care on both a local and national level.
About You

About the role
This is a great opportunity for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team based in Wembley. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, while also assisting the SM with service monitoring, development, and delivery. When required, the DSM will act on behalf of the Service Manager. All responsibilities are carried out in line with SIG’s policies, procedures, commissioner requirements, and the organisation’s theory of change, ensuring the service remains flexible and responsive to participants’ needs.
