About The Role
A Senior Planner will help with the delivery of major sites; leading on complex and major planning applications, liaising with developers, applicants and senior officers, conducting negotiations and presenting applications to Planning Committee. The appointment will be commensurate with experience.
We would also consider a planner at the beginning of their career and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and to develop a strong foundation for a career within the Built Environment, determining a large number of householder and minor applications, as well as contributing to the overall work of the teams.

The team are currently working on a wealth of planning applications critical to the social and economic wellbeing of the borough. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in funding systems and regulatory frameworks will help ensure Peabody continues to deliver high-impact housing programmes across London and the South East. What you’ll do As Programme Manager, you’ll manage grant claims and bids, monitor compliance with the Capital Funding Guide, and maintain accurate forecasting through systems such as OPS, IMS and Pamwin. You’ll lead on compliance audits, produce reports for stakeholder review, and ensure timely submissions to funders. You’ll collaborate with Development colleagues to support scheme delivery, manage intra-company agreement processes, and provide compliance assurance to senior leadership. You’ll also communicate funding changes, support new programme initiatives, and contribute to internal reviews and governance processes. Your role will be key in ensuring Peabody’s development programmes are financially sound and fully compliant. You’ll be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Programme Manager

We’re looking for 2 practical, results-orientated, and safety-conscious Building Services Officer to join our team and help ensure our properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. In this role, you’ll support the Building Services Manager and work closely with Housing Management and on-site teams to deliver a proactive maintenance service. You’ll coordinate inspections, manage contractors, and oversee health and safety compliance, while promoting energy efficiency and supporting adaptations for vulnerable residents.
