You will work alongside our partner projects, such as the Building Bridges Team, Trauma Hub and Rapid Response.Central SASH work from a trauma informed perspective to deliver responsive, flexible, intensive, bespoke support to young people (aged 10-18). Who are we?
Mapesbury School is a new Special Educational Needs school opening in Spring 2025 in Cricklewood, Brent. Our small school will support children aged between 7 to 16 years with Autism and associated conditions who have not been able to access education in a mainstream or specialist setting and would benefit from an integrated therapeutic approach to education. Pupils will have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) but may not yet have a diagnosis, though they display traits of Autism and associated conditions.
Mapesbury School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). About the Role: We are looking to recruit someone with a full HGV Class 2/C &amp; E driving licence to help us cover a variety of duties within Refuse &amp; Recycling. You will be working towards or willing to undertake CPC training.
As a Reserve Driver you will undertake the collection of waste and recycling within the borough of Reigate and Banstead. It is essential you have a flexible approach to the work and hours. Your main duty will be driving for us although when required, you must be willing to work as a loader covering any service within the Neighbourhood Services team.
Some of the duties include:

<li>Undertake either working alone or as part of a team, the collection of Waste and Recycling services at a variety of locations throughout the Borough.</li>
<li>Use the waste management systems (Bartec) to complete rounds and report issues.</li>

<li>When disposing of Waste, abide by the rules set out by the allocated transfer station.</li>

Broxbourne Council is looking for qualified (Level 2/Level 3) fitness professionals who are enthusiastic and passionate about helping inactive, vulnerable individuals improve their quality of life through exercise. We are looking for dynamic and flexible fitness instructors who will be responsible for delivering a number of low impact exercise classes on behalf of the Active Herts programme. If successful, you will be required to travel to a number of venues in the Borough including Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Wormley, Broxbourne and Hoddesdon, as well as having the flexibility to deliver classes during the morning, afternoon and evening. Previous experience of teaching exercise classes and working with adults who are at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions is required.
